Our Process

1. Consultation: Begin your journey with a personalized consultation. Share your vision, preferences, and riding style with our expert team. Best way to get this started is text 412-519-9228 a picture of the look you are going for.

2. Design & Concept: Collaborate with our designers to bring your vision to life. After we get your message and see what you are going for we will discuss budget and make recommendations.

3. Build Timeline & Payment: Most builds will take 6-8 weeks and to get started we require a 50% deposit then the balance would be due at completion. Once final payment is made we assist with setting up shipping or pickup at our shop if you prefer that.

4. Quality Assurance: Once the bike is completed we will send finalized photos and a running video.
